I am the Alkemyst. If you are interested in who I am, continue to visit this site. I will add items of interest as I deem necessary. What is an alchemist? Webster's Dictionary defines an alchemist as "one who studies or practices alchemy." Not much help if you don't know what alchemy is. So Webster defines alchemy as "a medieval chemical science and speculative philosophy aiming to achieve the transmutation of the base metals into gold, the discovery of a universal cure for disease, and the means of indefinitely prolonging life."
